Pretty Good Knock-Off

Marissa sent me the link to this recipe. She knew I like going to Mimi's Cafe just for the Carrot Raisin Nut Loaf. So I had to give it a try. It sure was pretty close to what I remember. Yummy, moist, fresh out of the oven. Give it a try. The recipe can be found here.
