I can’t believe February is already here. With Birthdays to celebrate, the Olympics starting on the 12th and NASCAR the same weekend, I have lots of projects to keep me busy.
Here is a recipe I tried and thought it was good. It came from the site "Everyday Food Storage" the link is on the right. Check out all the great ideas for Food Storage.
Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu
8 boneless chicken breasts
8 thin slices of ham
8 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1 box Stove Top for Chicken Stuffing
Layer chicken, cheese, and ham in a baking dish. Mix soup with water and pour over chicken. Melt 1 cube of butter in saucepan. Add stove top stuffing with seasoning. Sprinkle over top. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.

Love the Eagle! Congratulations to the Eagle Scout and good luck finishing it. What a treat.
Love that stitching!
Also have enjoyed checking out the Twisted Stitcher on your sidebar---it's so good to find new blogs that have beautiful things--like yours!
